Lot sizes vary by street: if outdoor space matters to you, compare a few addresses rather than assuming they're all similar.
Resale only: new construction isn't really part of the picture here, so a fully updated kitchen may mean paying for renovations rather than finding one move-in ready.

Holly Ridge is in the Camas School District.
School boundaries and assignments can change. Buyers should verify current school assignments directly with the school district.
